Accepted payment methods
Items will be shipped when payment is received. Items usually ship by the same or following business day via U.S. First Class Mail. Your package may take 2-10 days to arrive, depending on weather conditions, postal holidays, and other miscellaneous postal issues beyond my control. Please ensure a deliverable address, or you will be responsible for extra shipping costs in the event a package is returned to me. Also, if you have not received your item within the estimated time frame, please contact me right away.
Shipping costs reflect postage and packing supplies. I ship all items with USPS tracking numbers.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you want insurance and/or signature confirmation, please contact me in advance, so I can adjust the shipping costs accordingly.
In addition, I take extra precautions when packing to prevent damage, and every effort will be made to ship your item safely to your door. Should your item arrive damaged, you must accept the responsibility to report the damage to me within 3 days of delivery, document and photograph damage, and reasonably assist with filing claims. I do not refund packages that have had their delivery confirmed by the post office. Once the tracking status indicates that the package has been delivered, all inquiries must go to USPS.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA: Sorry, I do NOT ship outside the USA.
Also, I am not comfortable with MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES. I will not complete a transaction if I discover that it includes a mail forwarding service. I ship to domestic buyers with residential or real business addresses only.
UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES: I reserve the right NOT ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address. I will not ship to an address other than what is listed for the account holder of both the Etsy account and the PayPal account, who has paid for the purchase in U.S. dollars.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe all items. I disclose any flaws that come to my attention. Pictures are always considered to be part of the description. Measurements are included to help you decide if an item is right for you.
Buyers, please read each item description carefully and examine pictures for additional detail. The zoom feature is an excellent tool to view details. I am always available to answer any questions and provide additional photos.
Buyers remorse is not considered a valid reason for returning an item. If there is any doubt that something is not right for you, please don't buy it.
Returns are accepted only if item is grossly misrepresented. Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:
1. Contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item you purchased.
2. Clearly state why you wish to return the item. I keep pictures of every item I sell, so that I can review and look for any misrepresentation I might have made.
3. Should we agree the item was not accurately described, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to me at their own expense. Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you received it. All items returned must be in the condition it was sent, and shipped the same way you received the item (in original condition and same protected packaging such as jewel box, bubble wrap, first class, tracking, insurance if applicable ). Upon my receipt of the item, in its original condition as shipped to the buyer by me, the purchase price minus shipping and any insurance costs will be refunded at that time.
I will not accept items shipped back without knowledge or consent.
My firm policy is to refund the entire purchase price of the item upon return of the item within the first 7 days from the delivery date provided on tracking records. I do not give partial refunds for any reason.
Additional policies and FAQs
I reserve the right to cancel a sale or refuse a sale in keeping with Etsy's policies. Also, failure to provide a verified PayPal account and confirmed PayPal address, or lack of timely buyer response may result in a refusal or cancellation of sale.
