DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order hasn’t arrived in 15 days (U.S.) or 24 days (international), contact us. We’ll help with inquiries or claims. Note: We’re not responsible for uninsured lost or delayed packages. For insurance, select “Insured 1st Class USPS” at checkout—priority options are always insured.

FABRICS
Each listing includes specific fabric details. Our knits typically use bamboo and cotton with a small amount of spandex—both medium weight, soft, gentle, and eco-conscious. Woven styles often feature cotton, rayon, or linen. Occasionally, lace organza (polyester) is used. Always check the listing for details.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Knits: Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low.
Wovens: Hand wash and lay flat to dry, or dry clean.

• Order Issues: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Shipping Address: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Errors requiring reshipment are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Changes & Cancellations: Etsy doesn’t allow post-order edits. Cancel within 8 hours and place a corrected order.
