Thank you for checking out my shop! Please let me know if you have any questions about my items or shop policies.

To place a special order for one or multiple items convo me with the following:
1- what specific item(s) you’d like and how many of each
2- your shipping zip code (this allow me to figure out the proper shipping cost)
I will get back to you as soon as I can regarding your order and will give you a projected time of when it will be available. When your order is ready, I will put up a reserved listing for you and you can pay at that time. ***SHOP POLICY*** all reserved listings must be purchased within ONE week of the listing date.

Returns and exchanges
I would like you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within five days of receiving and let me know what the problem is. An exchange or refund can be made at this time. I am willing to work with you! This MUST be done within five days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for all return and additional shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed. :)

Broken items:
If for some reason your order arrives broken, I request an image of the broken item and will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. Shipping is on me.
I cannot be held accountable if the piece breaks after receipt though.
Payment
I only accept payment through paypal.
Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for.
If paying by e-check, I will wait for the check to clear before shipping. this usually takes 3-4 business days on average.
Shipping
Shipping address:
Please make sure your shipping address on Paypal is correct. This is the address I use for all my shipping. If you would like your order sent to a different address than the one you have listed for shipping, please leave me a note of where you would like it shipped in the comments section of your order.

For orders in the US, I ship with USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you’d like a shipping upgrade or insurance, convo me and I’ll put up a special reserved listing that reflects the extra shipping price.

If the order is a gift and is shipping directly to the recipient, either through convo or comment section, let me know if you’d like a little note in the package so they know who to thank!

International shipping:
I can ship internationally! At this time, my listings do not have international options so please convo me with your location and the items your interested in for a shipping quote. International shipping can get really pricey because of the weight of the ceramics. I try to ship first class international whenever possible to keep the shipping costs down, but packages over 4 pounds must be shipped international priority mail. It’s not my rule, it’s USPS!
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. I am not responsible for breakage that occurs because of customs checks.

Packing:
Your order should arrive safely! I use a ton of bubble wrap and peanuts and try to reuse as much as possible. I collect used packing peanuts and bubble wrap from numerous sources where they would otherwise be throwing them away.
