My passion is to create great quality exotic bohemian (Boho Chic) jewellery using genuine semi-precious stones, a variety of glass components, and various metals such as sterling silver and 14K gold filled components, in addition to antiqued brass, antiqued copper, aluminum and stainless steel, which bring forth an untraditional beauty that will allow you to express your free spirit and individuality.

I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout for all payments and your purchase will be shipped 1-3 business days after cleared payment has been received.

For eCheck payments through PayPal, please be advised that checks usually take about a week to clear. Items paid for by eCheck will be shipped once it has cleared.
~All orders will ship to the address you provided on Etsy. Please ensure that it is up to date and correct.
~All items are shipped using Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
~All items within Canada ship with "Non Standard Oversized Lettermail" service. This does not include insurance nor tracking. The ESTIMATED delivery time is 2-7 BUSINESS days. If you want faster shipping with tracking please purchase your preferred option from this shipping upgrade listing: Canada Customers:
~All items to USA are shipped using "Light Packet Air" service which does NOT include insurance nor tracking. The ESTIMATED delivery time is APPROXIMATELY 4-10 BUSINESS days. United States Customers:
~All items which are shipped to INTERNATIONAL destinations will ship with "Light Packet International Air" which is the most economical service and does not include tracking or insurance. The ESTIMATED delivery time is APPROXIMATELY 14-21 BUSINESS days.
***VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***
~ International buyers responsible for customs, duties an/or taxes that apply.
~ If you would like to be able to track your package, please contact me BEFORE purchasing, as Canada Post only provides that service for a substantial fee and the rate will vary depending on your country and/or location. Some countries are excluded from Canada Posts list.
~Any purchase/package that is refused acceptance upon arrival in your country due to the buyer not wanting to pay any duties and fees and as a result the item gets returned back to the seller, the buyer will be charged a 50% restocking fee when the item arrives back to me. The buyer will not receive a full refund, and the original shipping costs that the buyer paid at the time of purchase are also non refundable.
For orders valued at $50 or higher (excluding shipping), it is recommended you upgrade your shipping to include tracking and insurance. Please contact me should you want to upgrade your shipping service to one that includes tracking and insurance and I will quote you the new price.
~ Sometimes packages can be held up at customs which may delay the delivery of your items. This is beyond anyones control. Please be patient.
~ Processing times for custom and personalized orders may take up to 7 business days before they ship. However this varies at different times of the year (shorter or longer) so please check individual listings for my current processing times. Please contact me for details on your custom orders.
~ Please note: To keep the cost of shipping as low as possible to you, I use the above listed standard shipping services with Canada Post. Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the sale. All shipping charges for items returned are at the buyers expense. Should you need to make a return please contact me.
I will gladly repair or replace jewellery within 30 days of purchase if the item was broken or damaged due to normal usage. Jewellery that has been damaged by water, perfume, lotions, creams and any other substance is excluded. Please contact me with details of the damage, including clear photos, before returning it.
Refunds will not be issued for buyers remorse, however I trust that you will love your Tesoro del Sol piece(s).
Refunds will not be issued on non-delivered items. Although I am not obligated to compensate for lost, stolen or damaged items by Canada Post, and/or your country's postal service, kindly contact me of the situation, and I will review it on a case by case basis. If it is decided that a complimentary replacement will be shipped out to you, kindly note that upgraded shipping is mandatory on any replacements and the upgraded shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.
Refunds will not be issued for custom hand stamped items.

All Tesoro del Sol jewellery is handcrafted by me. Kindly note that due to each stones natural uniqueness and individual characteristics, no two pieces are exactly alike ensuring a one of a kind piece every time.
In addition, please remember that each computer monitor is different, therefore the colours of the jewellery may not appear exactly as they are in real life. I take a lot of time, care and attention when photographing my jewellery to ensure that the images are as true to life as possible. I can assure you that you will not be dissappointed as my pieces look even better in person! :)
