1 out of 5 starsThe first order was a total miss fit but was fixed with the offer of some trays, which I accepted. The second order I was given a photo of what the product would look like and when they arrived the font was smaller and there was no ink on the grinders or trays. Just so sad I gave them a second chance and they still could not get it right. Was happy to accept there would be two different sets in my restaurant and was happy to deal with that, but the original set look ok but the second set is abysmal.

1 out of 5 starsThe set is what I thought I had ordered but was not the case and only received 12 grinders, because the photo and product description did not match. What I though was the set in Natural 8" was in actual fact the single unit, but the photo and description remained the same. Very deceiving and to me false advertising. I ask what would you assume if you were purchasing this item, the photo and description or the small print underneath. Was not offered to have the other 12 grinders prepared only they would send 6 trays free of charge. I am now 6 sets short for my busy restaurant. Really for a first time buyer very daunting.
