Returns Continued - Damaged
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product is received. Shipping provided by the buyer consumer.
Returns Continued - Lost Items - Undeliverable
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Consumer responsible for contacting postal service for tracking as well as seller.
Undeliverable Address:
Please ensure address is correct. There is a re labelling fee if an item is returned to sender by postal service. That item would be returned to our returns hub which can take a few weeks to route through the system and back out again with your new address information. PLEASE confirm addresses during ordering.
Custom - personalized - basic orders
It is best to contact us before returning any products. Our entire shop is considered custom as we make product solely for you on an order by order basis. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. Damages caused by our manufacturing process and only in unworn original state will be replaced. Pictures may be required for proof.
