Announcement   DECEMBER 2, 2012: UPDATE I will be shipping out orders every other week, I've been getting quite a few orders scattered throughout my week and it makes more sense to get them sent out in bulk rather than going several times a week!

Currently I only have posters up but soon- Tshirts, hoodies, and other such goodies..
You can look forward to old movie references and memes, as well as custom works and requests!

Seems that you have stumbled upon something that's just TERRIBLE!
I specialize in custom, hand painted, fan T's and various other clothing and dabble in fan posters and prints as well!
If you have a favorite movie, TV show or book that you just CANT find a piece of interesting art or cool tshirt out there for, you just let me know and we'll see what I can do!

Payment
I accept paypal as the only form of payment at the moment.

~You MUST follow through with payment within 48 hours of purchase - If payment is not received within two days, an order will be canceled and reported to Etsy.

~-Feel free to contact me if there are any shipping concerns when placing an order.

There is a 6% Florida sales tax attached to the shipping of each item (if you purchase more than one item be sure to ship them together.)

If for any reason you need to cancel your purchase, just send me an email and I will refund you posthaste.
But please be aware, if the order is a custom piece and I have already started it, I will finish it and post it for sale in my shop. (No need to waste anything here)
Shipping
- Feel free to contact the shop if there are any shipping concerns when placing an order.

- Orders will ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If a product has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on the product listing page. Please do take the time to read all the product descriptions.

- Orders are shipped to the address that you checked out with. If you would like to ship to a different address - please contact / convo the shop.

- All orders are sent First Class Domestic with USPS delivery confirmation within the United States. An email is sent when your order is shipped with your shipping information - if you have not received this information, please check your spam folder and/or contact the shop.

- Shipping within the USA with First Class Domestic USPS is typically 2 to 7 business days from FL. In the event that USPS mismanages the package - it can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive.

- Each order shipped within the USA has a delivery confirmation number that can be used as tracking at USPS.com. This number is sent to your Etsy email address // not through convo.

- The shop ships to international countries, but certain countries will include a mandatory shipping insurance fee! Please consider insurance when ordering outside the United States.

- All orders default are shipped internationally using USPS First Class International. There is no way to track international packages. Packages outside the United States can take up to 6 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs. If the package does not arrive to it's destination, no refund will be given unless shipping insurance is purchased.
If you wish to have UPS/FedX shipping internationally please include this request at purchase and I will adjust shipping costs as they may vary depending on where the package is being shipped.

- Shipping insurance is valid for 90 days. Please contact the shop if you have not received your order in 30 days and have bought shipping insurance with your order.

-Upgrading orders to Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS and even Fedex is possible. Feel free to contact the shop for these services // revised shipping prices.

-Shipping Insurance is strongly suggested. It covers up to $100 and costs only $1.25 USD for a package mailed in the United States, and $2.25 USD for international orders. Please contact the shop directly for insurance. There is a 90 day expiration date on shipping insurance.

-The shop is not responsible for any international customs and duties that may be imposed on large orders shipped to countries outside the US. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be aware of the refund policy for my shop before ordering. It can greatly effect your satisfaction and overall happy face if something happens to go wrong. Packages do get lost in the mail, it's rare - 98% arrive quickly and safely. Don't become that 2% that USPS goofs up.

Within the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Domestic Rate with Delivery Confirmation. An email is sent out with this information once the order has been shipped. Delivery Confirmation allows both the shop and buyer to confirm the delivery or location of the package. Refunds are based on the 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package.

If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.

If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund shall be given otherwise.

If the package reads as in transit, the package is stuck in the large and confusing organs of USPS. After 15 business days (3 weeks) of shipment date, if the package has not dislodged itself and arrived/changed status it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will received a refund for the order.

***Please consider shipping insurance, signature confirmation and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and most importantly on time if for a special event.

Outside the United States:

If there is a problem with your order please email/convo the shop within 2 weeks. Returns are accepted for two weeks after a return label has been approved / sent to the customer.

Human error! Please quickly email the shop and it will be quickly resolved.

Can you customize one of your Tshirts or Posters for me?
Of course! Keep in mind that this may take extra time during the creation process of your item as each Tshirt is hand painted, so any adjustments need to be perfected and implemented. Posters shouldn't take any extra time unless your request is on the extreme side, and in that event you will, of course, be informed.

Do you do completely custom orders?
Why yes! I love a challenge and if you have a particular movie or book or what not that you would like captured on a tshirt or poster, let me know and I will see what I can do!
But please be aware, if the order is a custom piece and I have already started it, I will finish it and post it for sale in my shop. (No need to waste anything here)

What kinds of materials do you use for your clothing and Tshirts?
I generally stick to cotton, or some mix which comprises mostly of cotton.

What kind of paint do you use?
I use an acrylic base paint for natural or synthetic fibers. It is painted on and then heat set with an iron to ensure no leakage.

Will my Tshirt/clothing leak color?
Each painted piece is unique and individual. I do follow procedures to ensure no color leaking, and I wash each item before it goes out to ensure that it is indeed with out leakage. but I would advise washing your shirt in cold water with like colors.

Is the Tshirt I am recieving the Tshirt in the photo?
Sometimes yes, and some times no. If you have a custom order I WILL send you a photo of the finished product, but other Tshirts etc are made from a base design and each will be unique though very similar.
