Melissa was absolutely amazing to work with on this piece. To give a quick backstory I contacted Melissa in hopes of having her create a nose impression necklace for my wife (fiance at the time) of our beloved collie Tucker (who had recently passed away) as a wedding gift. I had concerns about the viability of this project because I did not have an actual impression Tucker's nose to send her and would instead have to rely on various pictures to come up with some sort of mold. Fortunately Melissa was a miracle worker and came up with a very realistic and accurate looking imprint of his nose. I then ordered the necklace form her, which she very quickly made and shipped. Start to finish Melissa was amazing and I strongly recommend her!

I contacted Melissa about making a ring of the prints from my baby grandson who passed away unexpectedly. She was so wonderful to work with. She was patient,kind and took time to discuss exactly what I wanted her to create. The care she showed making this treasure made my experience working with her a blessed experience. The ring turned out amazing and a lasting memory of our lil sunshine. Thanks Melissa for also getting it there just in time!

VERY disappointed. The first time I received these cufflinks they were clearly two different sizes. When I called Melissa she was very nice and told me to send them back which I did - but at my expense! I just received them for the second time and one of them has green/brown colors in the grooves (which Melissa informed me was the patina wasn't left on long enough). She blamed this on me for rushing her. I don't know how. Where is the quality control here?? This time I was taking no chances and I had patina so I decided to finish them off properly myself. I hate l leaving bad reviews but the customer service is substandard and the work product is below par.

Melissa was amazing to work with. She kept me posted every step of the way and sent me several pictures as the item was being made. The dog tag she made for my husband is very pretty and the detail of the finger print and signature is amazing.

This is such a great item. It looks really great and my fiance thought it was really cool too. It just looks like a textured pick. I highly recommend doing the 2 sides for an even more personalized touch. That's My Impression made the whole process so easy and I really enjoyed working with them. They made the design process fun, and was so willingly to work with me to make what I wanted happen in the best way. Love this item and store! Thanks!
