We want you have that unique experience that is often hoped for yet doesn't become a reality.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Quick payment means quicker delivery of your item/items of purchase. We accept and prefer PayPal. If you are ordering a piece of hand crafted furniture, please remember, this takes a little more time before actual shipment because we make each piece as orders come in. Depending on how many orders have come in, orders can take anywhere from one to two weeks or so.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchasing the item. If there is a problem please let us know.
Shipping
We ship to the address on the customer's Etsy Account. If you need it shipped somewhere else, please notify us.

If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada and a shipping isn't given in a particular listing, please inquire regarding shipping. We are more than happy to do business internationally. Please allow at least 10 to 14 days or sometimes longer for International orders.

If you need something in a hurry or sent overnight, we are more than happy to accommodate you and can let you know what the extra shipping charges come to.

If a package is very late or the item is received damaged, please inform us a.s.a.p. so that we may have a chance to resolve the problem.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted, however you (the buyer) must pay the return postage. Please contact us prior to returning the item to let us know what the problem is so that we might have a chance to first make it right.

We must be contacted right away and receive the item within the first ten days for a refund; this allows plenty of time for us to receive it through the mail for U.S. shipping.

Good communication is key to this business as a buyer and as a seller.

We do not begin work on custom orders until the item is paid for.

Once a custom listing is made, if it's not ordered and paid for within a reasonable time, we remove the listing and will assume you changed your mind, unless you give us a specific date as to when the order would be purchased.
