At The Acorn Patch, we believe in selling only the highest quality handmade pieces and stand behind them. A simple but effective way to do business we think. Here's some good things to know when you place your order with us.

Returns and exchanges
Sometimes you just need to make an exchange or decide you just don't need the item after all. No problem. We ask you return the item(s) within 90 days of purchase. Along with an email notifying us that you will be sending the item back. A reason for return or exchange is also appreciated.
Please provide an up-to-date daytime contact number or email on your return or exchange so we can reach you if needed.
Payment
We accept Check, Money Order (US funds) or payment through Paypal. If you write a check, please note that your funds must clear prior to shipment of your item.
Shipping
We believe shipping should not be an extra thing to worry about when you are looking for handmade items. All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Mail. Let us know if you need postal shipping instead of UPS and we will try to accomodate your request.
Your order usually ships within 5 to 7 business days. If you would like rush shipment on your order please let us know.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Just contact us through email. We'll do our best to cancel the shipment if notified immediately. If your order has already shipped, just send it back for a full refund.

BACK ORDERS
We attempt to maintain good stock supplies on our items. Some of our items are seasonal. You have the option to cancel the order at any time.
