There was a manufacturing issue with the first pin I received (not the seller's fault, freak chance). She was so kind and sent me a brand new one. The new one had a delivery issue or the mail lost it or something (again, not the seller's fault), but she noticed tracking on it hadn't been updated in several days and was proactive and sent out yet ANOTHER one so it could get to me in time for an event. Very kind, great customer service, and the pin is PERFECT and so cute. Would definitely do business with them again!
