If you don't have an Etsy account, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email; if you still can't find it, don't hesitate to get in touch.

MOBILE USERS: At the moment, that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, though, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews.

As I don't have any other sized saved, I unfortunately cannot provide custom sizing free of charge at the moment. Any alternations to the design itself will be charged as a semi-commission!

Your purchase comes in four different aspect ratios, as follows:

♥ A Paper Sizes for printing - A3 / A4 / A5, etc. Can also be used for 5x7 frames.
♥ 4:5 ratio JPG file for printing - 4"x5"/ 8"x10"/ 16"x20"/ 24"x30". Can also be used for 11x14 frames.
♥ 3:4 ratio JPG file for printing: 6"x8"/ 9"x12"/12"x16" / 18"x24"
♥ 2:3 ratio JPG file for printing: 4"x6" /6"x9"/ 8"x12"/10"x15"/ 12"x18"/16"x24"/ 20"x30"/ 24"x36"

All you need to do is pick the aspect ratio that fits your canvas size. So, for example, if you're after a 6x8 print, you need to use the 3:4 file. If you want your print to be A4 sized, you need to use the A paper sizing.

Once purchased, download your files. You can print your downloaded files:

♥ At your local print shop.
♥ At your local Walmart / Tesco / Asda.
♥ At home.
♥ Using a third-party app such as Lalalab.
♥ Using online printing services.

Printing using 3rd party services includes a variety of websites and apps you can use. These will usually deliver your prints to your home! Simply open the website, pick the desired print size, upload the file and order your print! Most will offer multiple options (matt / gloss), depending on your preference.

Packages aren't always scanned the same day they're dropped off at the post office, especially during peak times. If after a few days your package still hasn't been scanned please do get in touch and I'll do my best to sort it out for you!

While I'm happy to provide updates when I can, due to the nature of orders being handmade and made-to-order, as long as I'm within my original processing time and no changes have been made on my end I cannot always provide an order update. All efforts are being made to ensure your order will be with you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, please check your tracking number for more information - I unfortunately cannot provide updates past that point. Tracking numbers will usually take 24-48 hours to update as your order goes through the postal system.

Yes. Sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex and true to size. As a general guideline, stick with your normal size or size up once if in-between sizes or want an oversized fit. If you've got any questions either refer to the sizing chart or message me - I'm always more than happy to help!

Since each order is made to order, I cannot accept returns based on sizing. Returns and exchanges are accepted in case the product or embroidery is faulty - please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

If you need your order by a certain date please get in touch with me when you place your order and let me know. Due to my current processing time and every order being made to order, if you do not discuss it with me when you place your order I cannot guarantee it will arrive in time for your event.

I am always happy to try and prioritise orders that are needed by a certain date, but if the deadline has not been discussed with me at the time of purchase (or 48 hours afterwards max) I will not be taking responsibility for late arrivals.

UK CUSTOMERS: Please make sure to purchase 1PM next day delivery if you're looking for a guaranteed delivery date. Both standard second class & tracked 48 are delivery aims only.
