Shipping was very punctual but the paint job suffered and isn't as blended as the photos. One of the bendable walls doesn't want to stay put but it's fixable with some sticky tack. Certain thicker dice can get caught in the tower which can break the flow of a game so definitely make sure which can go through seamlessly before DMing ... or sand down the levels. In summary, needs some tweaks and a little bit of love but a great gift for a dungeon master nonetheless!
