ordered bow on 06/22, advised bday present for 06/26. here we are on 07/22 and no bow. received notification that it was shipped on 07/17 however USPS tracking indicates label was printed by bow STILL not shipped. wonder why some customers got their bow within DAYS as requested yet one month late, I still wait. Wished I had made the bow myself.

If nothing is stated in listing:
I will only give refunds--minus shipping cost-- within 7-14 Days for broken items. You may exchange an item that you are unsatisfied with for something of equal or lesser value but you must pay the shipping on the new item. I do not give refunds on items that have already been in use.
Wigs cannot be returned due to health/hi-gene regulations. I do not refund or replace wigs, and will not be held responsible if damages are made to it by the wearer. However, I can fix/re-style a wig IF it falls within the 7-14 days and the buyer must pay for shipping BOTH ways. There will be NO RETURNS on items that have BEEN WORN! NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS! PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING! If you purchase the wig prior to speaking with me but have a request that would normally require an extra fee I cannot guarantee that request. please message me prior.
For custom orders: (ie. Costumes)
A wing-it process as per discussed through messaging or email. Notification will be sent throughout process. Once item is complete another notice will be sent stating that your item is done and that it is in need of customer approval before shipping. If you would like something to be re-measured or fix AFTER it has already been shipped and worn IT MUST fall within the 7-14 days and the buyer must pay for shipping BOTH ways, unless said otherwise by shop owner.
