We are inspired in our work by words of hope and inspiration, bible verses, and the cheer of the seasons. Our love for lettering artfully has grown and grown and inspired us to turn that love into a business we are so excited to have together. Both of us have extensive backgrounds in art and design, with formal training and studio art training, including at university. It is a true pleasure to get to use that to bring joy to others through our art and to make a living. We have a great love for designing and creating lettering pieces and joyful art that is bright, cheery, classic, and inspirational and can add a touch of charm to your home. We also love designing pieces that can grace your walls to bring joy and be reminders of all things lovely, delightful words, and the glory of the seasons. Our inspirations come from nature, our faith, and the things closest to our hearts.

We have enjoyed crafting together for several years, and now that we have decided to open an Etsy shop, we are so excited and thankful to be able to share our designs and creations with you!

All signs are completely handmade and designed by us.
If you need a rush order, please let us know before purchase, as there are certain times of each season when we are unable to take any rush orders. If you do not see what you are looking for in our shop, please send us a convo/note and we would love to see if we are able to create the custom piece you have in mind.

Our customers and customer service are the most important aspects of our business. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, or if you have any problems or questions, please notify us.

Returns: If you need to return an item, please notify us. Returns (ONLY on NON-custom items) must be shipped at your expense within 3 days of your receiving the item and must be returned in original packaging and box without any damage in order to receive a full refund of the item purchase price. Once we receive it, a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping charges will be paid to you. Although custom orders are non-refundable, if you are not satisfied with your custom order, please let us know so that we can do everything possible to work with you so that you will be satisfied.
If a replacement is requested- and the dissatisfaction with the canvas is NOT due to a technical or other error on seller's part- we ask that shipping please be paid for the replacement.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you need to return an item, please notify us. Returns are only available for NON-CUSTOM items. We must be notified before you ship the item back with a note including the reason you are returning it in order for your refund to be issued. We also would like to be notified because if something can be fixed on your order to your satisfaction, we would appreciate the opportunity to correct the problem to meet your satisfaction.
Returns must be shipped at your expense within 3 days of your receiving the item and must be returned in original packaging (if it was shipped to you in a box) without any damage in order to receive a full refund of the item purchase price. Once we receive it, a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping charges will be paid to you.

Refunds are only available for damaged items or seller error. Shipping refunds are not available.

Special/reserved custom orders:
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase in order for you to receive a full refund. After that time, no refund will be given. This is because we may have already purchased materials and begun working on it. Although no refunds are issued after 24 hours of purchase, we will always send you a photo of the finished product to make sure that you are happy with it before shipment.

General orders:
If you decide you would like to cancel your order/ receive a refund on an item/s we have not yet sent out but have already begun work on, you will receive a refund for the item amount minus the cost of materials.
Payment
We accept Credit/Debit card, Etsy gift card, and PayPal payment methods. All items must be paid in full before shipping.
Shipping
**PLEASE NOTE: All orders being needed for a certain occasion, need date, or holiday that has been made aware of or discussed will be sent out in time for the post office to send them out to arrive on time- after packages leave our hands, we are not responsible if your order is delayed through the postal system. We apologize, but this is out of our control. We value our customers and will be happy to help with filing a claim for any packages lost in the mail. All items are currently shipped out during or immediately after the 2 week processing time once you have ordered. All items are shipped either through USPS or UPS. Shipping refunds are not available once the item has been shipped.
