My review of the 5 Day Anxiety Buster guide was included with the Eight Day Guided Journal. They are both very helpful and are easy to follow. So glad I purchased them!

The anxiety kit is awesome. I find myself going through it everyday to try something new. I have trouble sleeping, however, the pillow mist really makes a difference. Very nicely packaged and my husband grabbed the sensory ring and started massaging his fingers! All items included are explained nicely. Tonight is Calming Foot Soak night! I feel like I have done something nice and helpful for myself when the kit arrived!

The 5 Day Anxiety Buster and the Eight Day Guided Journal are wonderful. As I work through them I realize how helpful they are to me. They are very easy to follow and I have always wanted to start a journal about my anxiety. The guides are well presented and easy to follow! They have both met my expectations.

I really love the round scrubby!! It is nice and thick and works so well. I use my orange round scrubby for vegetables and the black one for dishes. They fit perfect in my over the sink holder! Easy to keep sanitized in the dishwasher! I highly recommend people purchase these scrubbies and throw out their sponges.

I ordered the teal and white dish scrubby and really like it! Especially the thickness and how easy it is to keep clean. The scrubby shipped quickly and communication with the seller was great. Will definitely be buying more of these!
