      I am so pleased with the candlesticks that I received. They are exactly what I needed for my wedding. Great quality work. Shipping was slightly delayed due to flooding but the shop owner was great. They contacted me to let me know about the delay and upgraded shipping to make up some of the time. I would use again in the future.

      Ordered this item on April 22, was shown a shipping date of May 13. Was never notified that the item would not be shipped on time, but once I didn't get the proof pictures I messaged them and they said 2 frames were cracked so they were replacing them. That was okay, so they said once they were dry they will be shipped in 2-3 days priority shipping...It now June 12th and I am STILL WAITING for the picture frames. Very disappointed as they were supposed to be a 1 year wedding anniversary gift to my husband, and our anniversary was on May 22...never had this type of service before on etsy.

      I want to apologize for notifying you of the delay, the day after your estimated shipping date. It is my job to let you know in advance, and I am sorry I screwed up. As for the additional delay,thank you again for your patience during the 2 weeks my shop was closed due to flooding here in Texas. Your request for me to wait and ship your frames to arrive after you get back from vacation, really helped me on my end, so I had every intention of having them arrive on 6/9 as you wished. Unfortunately, I thought you were in the US & shipped them on 6/6 to arrive 6/9. Shipping to Canada takes more than 2 days, which is why the tracking # I sent you showed your package was in customs on 6/12. I apologize for any frustration my oversight. has caused you.

      The shipping was delayed, no tracking number and we had a deadline so quite stressful.
      Also item was filthy which was very unexpected.
      Light is beautiful though.

      Hey Sarah, I am not sure why your package was held in customs for so long, but I am glad it finally arrived. I am sorry you were unaware that it needed to be cleaned. It was supposed to be stated in the listing, but it looks like we forgot to put it in there. Sorry about that. If you incurred any expense in having it cleaned, please send us the receipt and we will refund you in full. So glad you like it!

      UPDATE: I did receive a refund and they have offered to still send the two frames.

      ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered frames on March 26th stating that I'd like to have them by May. I specifically ordered 15 frames which is listed in the custom listing. After many weeks, I was told that the ship date would move back to April 23rd which I was fine with as long as I was getting them by May. After a week of no response to messages, I was going to open a case then was told they were going to be shipped. I finally received the frames on May 11th; however, I only received 13 frames. Not the 15 that I have already paid for. The frames themselves are very pretty except one is nearly falling apart and I will need to somehow re-assemble it. I have requested a refund for the two frames I haven't received but no response as of yet.

      Thanks for updating your feedback, and for letting us make this right for you. We do make mistakes from time to time, but we always fix anything we screw up.
