Care instructions

In order to keep your lovely jewelry in a perfect & lasting condition, we advise keeping items out of direct sunlight and away from any chemical contact or water.

For all clothes, the best thing to do is hand wash and hang dry. The second best thing is to machine wash (outside in), and hang dry. You can, of course, machine wash and tumble dry. But that way you will slowly, slowly lose the brightness over time (several months, a year, two years.)

Yes, we have wholesale or large order availability. Please message me. We offer discounts or large orders. (10 items minimum purchase)

My order hasn't arrived yet?

Order Processing time for USA & Canada: 1-3 business days
Shipping time: 3-5 business days
Total time: 1-2 weeks

My item has been damaged in transit, what should I do?

Although we do everything we can to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, we understand that accidents happen and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you! :)

Please simply drop us an ETSY message or email to artofworldtravel [!at] gmail.com on the day of receiving your goods, including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and we will aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for us to receive the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.

I have a question about my order or item I received?

Please simply drop us an email at artofworldtravel [!at] gmail.com or an ETSY message and we will aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Please include photos/additional information (as necessary) in order for us to resolve any queries ASAP.

Size is too small or too large, can I exchange?

Our sizing chart is standard US sizing. If you are in doubt, we always recommend ordering a size up. A little loose clothing goes a long way but something too tight is of no use to you.

Also, is travel is supposed to be fun and your clothing should be no different. So order your size and if in doubt, go a size up.

Now, to answer your question, say, you did your best but got a wrong size, no worries, you can exchange within the 14 days period after your purchase. You will have to pay for the return shipping though.
