I accept Paypal purchases as well as direct checkout and gift cards through Etsy. If you would like to pay using another means (money order, trades), contact me and I will work with you to see what we can do.

Order cancellation:
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so before the item has been marked as shipped. That being said, I do my best to ship my items as soon as possible so that I can get them to their new homes quickly, so your window for requesting a cancellation can be anywhere from a few hours to a day or two. Please be mindful of this when purchasing an item.
All items will be shipped out within 3 days of received payment.

Domestic buyers (within the US):
All items will be shipped using either USPS priority shipping or USPS first class. Typically you can expect your item to arrive within 1-5 days of shipment.

International buyers:
All items will be shipped using either priority international shipping or first class international. Shipping times vary depending on location. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks of shipment date. International customs is not included in shipping price and buyer will be responsible for paying this cost in order to receive the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. If the item doesn't fit or just isn't the right thing for you, I am more than happy to accept returns. Upon receiving the item back, I will refund the cost of the item.

Sometimes items are delayed and misplaced during the shipping process. Postal workers are human and errors are bound to happen. If you have not received your item within a reasonable amount of time or the tracking information shows your item taking a strange detour, please don't hesitate to contact me so that we can decide on a plan of action. Most of the time, the item will find its way to its destination with a little extra time. In the event that an item is completely lost or damaged in transit, a full refund will be processed.
