Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
Not currently accepting returns or issuing refunds due to the custom nature of our products, no cancellations or changes can be made once an order is placed. Please verify that your monogramming information is correct prior to submitting the order. While we are happy to replace any items that we may make a mistake on, we cannot replace the items due the wrong information being submitted.

All items are created, and made to order. Please check our shop announcement for current turnaround times. . So PLEASE look at the photos closely, read all specifications, and feel free to ask as many questions as you need to BEFORE purchasing the item. IF the item is damaged through shipping, you will need to contact your local post office to file a claim. I will help with this in any way I can. Your refund will come from the post office claim. I am NOT responsible if item is damaged by you (or your child), or the USPS, so please feel free to ask as many questions as possible about the item before purchasing it.

I put shipping insurance on all items, so if the item is damaged during shipping, you can put in a claim to the USPS to get the value of the item back from them.

PAYMENT
I accept Direct Deposit (totally safe, see Etsy FAQ about this if you are unsure) and Paypal. You can pay with credit card through Paypal. You don't have to open an account through Paypal to pay with credit card. Payment needs to be made within 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days, the sale will be canceled and items will be re-listed.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do accept custom orders. Payment for the custom order needs to be paid upfront before I start working on the order. I will not start work or ship out a custom order prior to receiving the complete payment. If for some reason you decide not to go through with the order I reserve the right to list your item for everyone to purchase, and keep 25% for a restocking fee.

I ship on Monday and Thursday of every week and AFTER receipt of payment. Unless it is a custom item that needs to be made. Processing times vary from 1-5 business days from date of purchase, and only after payment is cleared. The closer to the holidays, the longer it will take.

I will email you a tracking number when your purchase is all packaged up and ready to be mailed out. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

My shipping prices reflect the cost of postage, handling and packaging materials as well as insurance.

Please keep in mind that I do not control the USPS, and problems of lost packages are rare, but do happen. Please remember, i am NOT responsible for the lost package. However, in this event, I will be relentless in tracking the package. And if it is deemed lost, I will email you the receipt, or you can use your tracking number and contact your local post office to file a claim.
