* CUSTOM ORDERS: We accept custom orders on occasion if we are positive we can meet the design you want. Designs are based on what we can find.

* HOLE PUNCHES: Any set of envelopes can be hole punches to fit either A5 or A6 planners. Simply request during checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm which size planner they have.

* VERTICLE/HORIZONTAL OPENING: If you would love any design in our shop to open vertically, simply make the request during checkout. All of our envelopes come horizontally by default.

Care instructions

Wear and tear will definitely happen if you are using the envelopes almost daily. The best way to keep your envelopes clean and neat is to use an wallet that will accommodate the size of our envelopes.

If for any reason your envelopes laminate is starting to lift or come apart, we will re-laminate the envelopes you received free of charge. Buyer must pay shipping costs both ways.

Lost or Stolen Items From USPS

If any package was lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address (at no fault of The Average Budget), The Average Budget is not responsible. We can file a claim with USPS to the and obtain the package however we cannot reship or refund items that were lost or stolen.
