Most listing can be customized to your liking by adding colors, borders and name and age/ year or birth. Color heart chart are most requested. You have border and writing options to etch or stamp comes with kit. You may want to match a plaque or ornament you have done in past so all you need to do is show me your past work. I will do my best to match it. If you have a new idea for plaque , ornament or border let me know and we can work on it together.

I work off my order form that you are to return. Please fill out all info, and add all detail needed for plaque and verify all info. If you forget you will need to send separately. I will not be responsible for your work if info is not on order form.

When conversing in conversation please try to keep all conversation in same thread. One thread because multiple threads will become confusing and may lead to misinformation on your order. I will not be responsible for your work if I miss a conversation due to multiple threads.

I prepare and make your kit 1 - 5 days and I send out kit first class that will take 3 -4 days. I work from order form you fill out and return with mold. The date I receive is the beginning of the time frame . No rush orders, it is impossible to rush. Ceramic clay has to naturally dry on it's own or it can crack. I create pieces in bulk to kiln fire so it takes more time. Because of Holidays length of time for shipping mold and final piece can be delayed. 10 weeks as of now. LOVE plaque , specialty plaques, and large pieces need to be ordered by Sept. 29
and returned by Oct 8-10. Last day to order for Christmas is Oct 16 and return by Oct 28

This is for parents who's child fall outside the growth norm and are either smaller or larger on growth chart. Your child may be 7 - 8 months and still fit a 6 month ornament if your child is in the 25% of growth chart or just the opposite is true and your child is in the 90% in growth and is 6 months, he or she may have larger measurements than the ornament. if you are wanting a hand and footprint plaque please trace hand and foot next to each other and measure the total outside width and length. In main listings I have measurements of plaques to give you size. personally I think 1 - 6 months and even to 12 months baby has most flesh and more wrinkles to show in clay

Yes you can. What is great is the mold only gets better and harder over time. I hold onto your mold for 1 year. I have a high rate of re orders from customers after they have ordered their first plaque or ornaments. Many give as gifts to grandparents.

Order form, directions, wax paper, Non toxic easy soft mold to use . Mold will keep for a long time if left unopen. Once opened you will need to use, but you can still package back up well to last longer if needed. If ever sticky it has become to warm/soft you will need to leave it alone and check on it until it cools down. If feels hard just knead to soften. Non toxic material that will need time to dry before sending back. Should feel like a hard sponge and you should not be able to stick a finger into and leave a mark anymore. Please do not package back up into plastic baggie it will tend to soften and not continue to dry. You are responsible to ship back mold.

I have a mold discount. I discount on multiple orders when using the same mold. This is the only discount I have because my pricing is one of the best you will find online.

Yes I know and how I wish I could speed up the process. The main reason is the drying time the clay has to go through. All clay has to dry completely and this takes time, otherwise there will be breakage in kiln. Also I am working on not just a few pieces, but many to be fired in a kiln not once but twice. Each pieces need to be cleaned before a kiln firing and then cooled down after kiln before they can even come out. Then I individual paint and detail each ornament / keepsake plaque to get ready for the final glaze firing. Finally the last touches of ribbon, writing and packaging of each special keepsake before it makes it's way to you. Please note this is not a science and is artwork. Perfectly imperfect that may slightly differ

Please be aware that most listings have a size age limit. I use age mainly as a estimate for sizing but be aware of your child’s size if they fall outside the norm and let me know so I send right amount of mold. Besure to read in description and add in buyers notes child's age in months and name for order. I will not send out kit until I have this info. if you think there is a possibility your child may be able to fit a listing because they may just fall outside the age limit please talk to me. We can discuss it because child may fit or not fit depending on where they are on Dr. growth chart.

I take time to spend in my art studio working on custom orders to keep up with orders I have so I do not have to raise prices or have longer time frames for my customers. When I am taking orders I spend time answering questions and making individual print kits to send out otherwise.
