The Badasserie: Handmade fiber arts & woodworking

In 2011, my spouse and I made a leap of faith: We quit our day jobs and founded Natural State Treehouses, a small carpentry business building play spaces from locally sourced and recycled materials. When I'm not building (or writing books), I use our leftover scrap wood to make the pieces you see here, alongside embroideries, quilts, weaving, and whatever else seems fun to make.

The Badasserie takes its name from another side project, the Badass Ladies You Should Know interview series, which you can find on my website below. Follow on Instagram to get a look at works in progress and notifications about store updates!
