Welcome to The Barber Shop! My customers are always my number one priority - if you have any questions or requests do not hesitate to convo me.



Beginning June 22, 2010 - 100% of proceeds (less etsy fees, etc.) will be split between the National Wildlife Federation and the National Audubon Society to help the relief efforts in the gulf coast. At the end of every month I will mail a check to each organization - I'm hoping they are BIG checks!

Payment
At this time I only accept Paypal as a form of payment. I believe they now have a feature where you don't need an account, just your credit card/debit card information to complete a one-time transaction.

If there is absolutely no way you can use Paypal, please convo me and we will discuss other possible options.
Shipping
The Barber Shop will pay for shipping costs of all additional items purchased - just pay the costs of shipping for the first item!

I ship USPS First Class mail to save you high costs. Depending on where you are located, first class can be quite quick, but there are no guarantees on time. If you would like an alternative form of shipping please convo me and I will set up a reserved listing for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with an item or merchandise has been damaged in transit, please do not hesitate to contact me within 30 days of purchase. I want you be thrilled about your purchase, and if you aren't satisfied I will do everything in my power to change it.

I will replace any items damaged in the mail at no additional cost. If you would like to return or exchange a piece you will be responsible for return shipping back to me. Please inform me ASAP if you are not happy with your purchase so we can make the proper arrangements.
