Oh boy, where to start. I purchased 2 bunches of this Sweet Annie relying on both the photo provided and the sellers description. I am no amateur when it comes to sewing and crafting so the argument that I didn't know what I was ordering is false Also, I grow this plant, I just don't "preserve" it for use. The product I received was brown and unusable. Either harvested too late or it was just old. I did contact the seller and she agreed to take it back minus shipping charges both ways. I understand that to a degree, but shipping both ways would be over $14. and I still would have nothing. I appealed to Etsy who keeps dragging it out, I feel, in the hopes that it will go away, then finally to my Paypal buyers protection. I feel that since the product was so grossly misrepresented that a full refund is not unreasonable.

Item was shipped as shown and as described, as with 100+ other purchases of this same item. No other customer has EVER had an issue with any of my products, including the Sweet Annie. My shop policies clearly state ALL SALES FINAL, but with the Sweet Annie, I was willing to allow a return because I knew that it was a resellable item. I agreed to refund the cost of the actual item, but not the cost of shipping. Customer was asked by Etsy to supply a photograph of the item in various stages of lighting. After waiting almost two weeks for a reply from the customer, Etsy closed her claim
