Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We want happy customers. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, and feel it is not as described, please contact us first as soon as possible, so we can make arrangements for a return and refund in a timely manner.

We do not provide custom alterations of our listed products. If you have questions, please convo us before you purchase the item.

Returns must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the package. The item must be returned in the original package and packed as it was sent to ensure integrity of the item. Damaged items sent back not packaged as sent may not be refunded. Refunds for returns will be handled promptly after return item is received and assessed as undamaged. Refunds do not include the return shipping costs.
Payment
We use PayPal or ETSY direct checkout, trusted and proven safe internet payment systems for both the customer and the seller, in which credit cards may be used with or without having a PayPal account. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders.

The Bartlett Pair Shop reserves the right to make changes or terminate any listings, coupons, sales, and/or promotions. Prices on listed items may be changed without notice. Once a sale is confirmed, the sold price is fixed and cannot be changed.
Shipping
Be sure to check your address provided to etsy is correct and current before you submit your order! Free shipping will not be offered to reship orders returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customers. The shipping labels are printed directly off etsy.

We usually use USPS to balance cost and expediency of delivery. Allow appropriate time for shipping of custom orders as art and printing processes require additional time. Shipment will not occur until full payment is received. I try to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days or sooner. If in a rare occurrence, a little more time is needed before shipping, I will keep you informed. I will work with you as to combining items in one package if possible to save on shipping, but you will need to email me prior to purchase so I can calculate the new costs using your zip code and benefit the lower shipping costs.

We will not accept responsibility for shipping delays or damages done by the carrier or if the package is stolen during shipment or after delivery. Signature confirmation and insurance will not be included unless you contact us prior to shipping for it to be added and agree to the additional shipping fee. It is up to the recipient/buyer to make insurance claims against the carrier. We can not guarantee when a package will arrive as that is the responsibility of the carrier. We can only hope that the carrier does a good job and has no mishaps or extreme weather conditions occur during transit. Delays may occur during the covid 19 virus pandomanic .
