My friend has a lot of beautiful pieces of jewellery from The Bay of Harmony and so I was really excited when I saw they had an online shop. I bought this ring and it came superfast (even around the Christmas holidays) and is absolutely perfect! It has such a unique design and it fits perfectly. I simply love it!!
I create jewels using the traditional techniques of handmade jewlry as well as the lost wax technique. I specialise in engraving. I am able to engrave whatever you desire on the piece of jewellery in calligraphy, even if this is a full poem or trivial text.

Orders can't be shipped until payment is cleared.
All purchases are made in euros. You will be charged in euros but if your purchase is made outside of the eurozone, currwency fluctuations and charges made by your credit card company may alter the cost that you are charged by your credit card.

To all cities in Greece, delivery is free of price and sent through the courier service of ELTA.
All orders are sent as soon as possible, depending on the availability of the purchase and according to the time period specified under each product. In the case of a specific order, the time needed for creation will also be a factor, but the time needed for production will be commonly agreed upon and abided to once specified. In the case where the agreed date for delivery is not met by us, and this is not as a result of a third party or consequence outside of our control, this will constitute a reason for returning or not accepting the item. This action will however, in every case, need to be evidenced in writing (emails etc.). In addition, in the case where we are unable to send your order on time as a result of consequences outside of our control (extreme weather conditions, strikes etc.), we will contact you in order for you to inform us whether you still want the purchase to go ahead.
If you choose an expedite shipping, then you have the possibilities below:
FREE deliveries within Greece with ELTA’s courier service, DOOR-DOOR. Next-day delivery on working days for all orders made by 2pm on weekdays and by 1pm on Saturdays, provided your purchase is available. In very remote parts of the country, delivery usually takes place two days after the order. Please make sure that someone is present to accept and sign for the delivery. Orders made on Fridays (and Saturdays) are delivered on Mondays unless there has been prior agreement made by phone or email. In such a case, with a minimal extra charge, the purchase can be made on Saturday.
Purchases made by pay-on-delivery services which are only possible within Greece are sent FREE with ELTA’s courier service and cost only three euros extra, to cover the cost of the pay-on-delivery service.
Within Cyprus, all orders which exceed 600 euros in total are FREE. Otherwise delivery is charged at 12 euros. EXPRESS MAIL SERVICΕ deliver directly to your door (please ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the package) or to a private postal box within 1-2 working days.
Within Europe, all orders which exceed 600 euros in total are FREE. Otherwise delivery is charged at 20 euros. EXPRESS MAIL SERVICΕ deliver directly to your door (please ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the package) or to a private postal box within 2-3 working days.
To Britain, France and Italy, all orders which exceed 600 euros in total are FREE. Otherwise delivery is charged at 25 euros. SPECIAL PRIORITY MAIL deliver directly to your door (please ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the package) or to a private postal box within 1-2 working days.
To Russia, we are only able to send jewellery to companies, or individuals who have a company’s tax number. All orders which exceed 600 euros in total are FREE. Otherwise delivery is charged at 20 euros. EXPRESS MAIL SERVICΕ deliver directly to your door within 3-6 working days (please ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the package). We apologise that we are unable to see to private individuals. This is however not our choice but due to the customs regulations in Russia which make it illegal to send such items to private individuals.
All international orders which exceed 600 euros in total are FREE. Otherwise delivery is charged at:
America – USA – Canada: 25 euros.
Asia – Africa – Oceania: 27 euros.
EXPRESS MAIL SERVICΕ deliver directly to your door (please ensure that someone is present to sign for and accept the package) or to a private postal box within 3-7 working days.
· Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
· Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

· Transactions are processed in euro and any liability arising from the currency conversion is charged to the customer
Refunds and Exchanges
We will take full responsibility and cover the costs of sending the item back for any purchase which you receive and which has been damaged or squashed during its delivery, or if the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. In this case, please contact us within 7 days from the day that the item is delivered, either by phone or by email( otherwise we shall have no liability to you), so that we can exchange your purchase for whatever else you may want, or refund your money. We will of course have to have received the faulty item before we are able to proceed with this action.
All refunds will be made directly to your account and it will be equal to the price paid, minus the cost of delivery (if there was a cost).
Returns will only be accepted as long as the jewellery reaches us in its perfect original condition and is unworn.
We recommend that all returns sent to us be sent in their completely secure packaging and with a dependable postal service, as we will take no responsibility for items that do not reach us. We will not refund any money if the purchase comes back to us worn, not in its original package, with obvious signs of abuse or damaged in any way.
Earrings, pearls, gold items and items which were bought at a discounted price cannot be returned. In addition, custom made orders made specifically for you cannot be returned.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and for that reason I will discuss and design it with you fully before you complete the order. Every year I create tens of custom designed handmade pieces and all of our customers are impressed.

All of our jewellery are sent gift wrapped AT NO EXTRA COST, in an attractive hard blue gift box, the size of which varies in order to suit the shape and size of the piece, and which is finished with a fine silver ribbon or bow.

We can guarantee that our items are exactly as described as far as the core materials and the attention to design and creation are concerned. If this is found not to be true we will refund your money.
There can be no guarantee of the jewellery lasting forever but we believe that all our items are durable as regards common and gentle use, as long as customers are always careful to avoid factors which will naturally affect the metal or stones.
If an item of jewellery with stones is dropped, there is a high probability that the stones will break. Pearls are very sensitive to the use of hairspray, perfumes, wine and other chemical products. Enamel is delicate and even silver can be affected by toiletries.
All of our items carry the seal “Τ.Παπ.” or Tasos’ engraved signature in Greek. In many cases they also carry the date of their manufacture. Silver pieces have the seal 925º or whichever seal evidences the level of purity of the metal.
We guarantee all items of jewellery that are described as silver, even when these to not carry the aforementioned seal as a result of their small size.
We also guarantee that our brooches are silver, as stated, with the exception of the needle and its catch, which are made from alpaca, for reasons of long durability.
All parts of our silver earrings are made from silver. This includes the butterfly backs and clips and the hanging part of our bronze earrings.
We guarantee that all the stones that we use are precious or semi-precious, just as stated, and that our pearls are real fresh water pearls, unless a specific request is made for cultivated sea pearls.
