I make jewelry too so I understand the importance of quality beads and findings. I use many of the products you see here in my own designs. I would never send you a product that I wouldn't use myself. I carefully inspect each item before sending your order.
If you have any questions about a product I offer, or would like to see another bead or finding in my shop, please let me know. I will do my best to find it for you. I do NOT make the lamp work beads in the shop. I do however search out interesting designs, the prettiest I can find and offer them to you at a competitive price.
Bulk Orders are welcome. If you need a larger quantity than what is shown, please contact me... especially with the findings. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and frequently offer a discounted price for bulk orders.

** CANCELLATION POLICY **
Etsy collects fees from us for listing items and selling an item. When we list an item it costs 20cents/listing. When the item sells Etsy collects a percentage of the sale as their commission. If you cancel an order, we receive a credit for their commission, but not the listing fees incurred to re-list those cancelled items. Therefore, if you cancel an order, the listing fees associated with that purchase will NOT be refunded. Multiple quantities purchased of one item qualify as individual listings. For example, if you buy Qty. 3 of one item, that is equal to 60cents in listing fees.

Your items will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment within 24 hours. In most cases, your items will SHIP THE SAME DAY!!
Once the shipping label is prepared you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail, unless we make other arrangements.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVE MY HANDS AND HAS BEEN SCANNED RECEIVED BY MY POST OFFICE. I can not be held accountable for the actions of the USPS, included delayed delivery or misdirected delivery. Insurance is your only recourse for recovering the loss for a stolen or damage package.
I print my labels (vs. handwritten), make sure the zip code includes the extra 4 digits and take my packages to the Post Office to insure they get out as quickly as possible. I make at least one trip, sometimes two trips to the post office in a day. Unless you want overnight delivery, the standard USPS First Class Mail should get your package to you within 2-4 business days. The closer you are to CA, the more likely you are to get your package in two days. Buyers on the East Coast typically receive their packages in 3 days. **During the holiday season, packages can take longer to be delivered than normal *** Check your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
SHIPPING UPGRADES are available at checkout. You can purchase insurance to cover loss or damage of your package, signature required, or priority mail. I will not include insurance unless you've paid for it. In most cases it's not necessary, but with large orders or if you live in an area where theft is possible, you may want to purchase adequate insurance to cover your purchase.
International shipments are a little more difficult to calculate. In the past I have undercharged for shipping so I tend to set my international shipping charges a little higher to protect myself from loss. However, If the shipping you are charged is more than what it actually costs me to send your package I will refund the difference.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER. I have had issues with customers who have moved and not changed their address on their pay pal accounts to reflect their new address. Their package was delivered, but to the wrong address.. I can not be help responsible for this type of error. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
I provide tracking numbers and delivery confirmation on all US packages. If I have confirmation that your package was delivered to the address on your order I can not be held responsible for the misdirected merchandise. Check your address carefully!! Please!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I will allow a return of an item purchased if you message me and send the item back within 4 days of receipt. I will refund your purchase price (less shipping) or send replacement items.

I put a great deal of effort into taking photos and editing them to accurately portray the colors and design of the beads. The photos are the property of The Bead Bungalow and may NOT be used in any way without my express written permission.
Photos taken represent a sampling of the beads available. The actual items you receive will be similar (same bead/style/color/design) to the beads in the pictures, but may not be the exact beads photographed here, unless otherwise stated. All of my beads are high quality and I would not send you any bead I would not work with myself. I make jewelry and understand the importance of quality beads in your designs.
Photographs are taken indoors with indirect lighting and from different angles to show you all the details of the beads. I do my very best to describe and portray in the photos the true colors of the beads. Please bear in mind that computer monitors differ from one to another so the colors may seem lighter or darker than the actual product. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 4 days of receipts for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping), or for exchange. If you have any questions about the color of a bead, please feel free to message me. I can take additional pictures with other beads to show you a color comparison.
