*A little bit about our process*
Once we receive your order we begin custom designing your personalized item. We will send you a digital proof of your design that will need your approval. Once you approve your proof your design is submitted to print on your selected material. We have chosen to partner with a large scale sublimation printer. The print process is fantastic! The clarity and maintained softness of the fabric will amaze you. This is NOT a vinyl application or embroidered stitch. This is a permanent transfer of ink onto the fabric that leaves a silky smooth, durable and long-lasting print that won’t bleed or fade when properly cared for.

Your satisfaction is our first concern. Please message us immediately if you have any concerns with your order so that we may address it appropriately.

⭐️HOW TO ORDER⭐️

1. Please READ the ITEM DETAILS Section before purchasing.

2. Select the Item and Size you want to order from the drop-down menu and ADD to your CART.

3. Leave us a "note to seller" with the Name, Initials and Color Choice during the payment/checkout process. OR send us a message after purchase with the details.

4. A Proof will be sent to your Etsy Convo Box and/or Email.

6. Please reply quickly with your approval to print so that your order is not delayed.

Can I change the colors?

Yes! Please see the color chart provided in the listing photos.

All of our listings are custom made. During Checkout add a “Note to Seller” with the colors you prefer from our chart. We will send a proof to approve with every purchase!

Please let us know as many details as possible when you order. Additional edits after a proof has been sent may require an artist fee to be paid. **See "Artist Fee" below.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For Blankets and Towels:

Machine Wash Separately on Cold, Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry on Low Heat. Do not use Bleach or Dry Clean.

Can I see a proof or mockup?

Yes! We will send a proof with EVERY purchase!

We are sorry, but we do NOT send proofs *before* purchase. These are custom designs that do take time.

You will receive a proof to approve in about 5 business days after order has been placed. You will have a chance to approve the proof and make minor adjustments before we print it.

PROOFS

Proofs may take 5+/- Business days *AFTER* you purchase, but sometimes sooner!

•Your proof will be sent to your Etsy Convo Box and/or Email associated with the purchase. Your proof will be based on the main listing photo of the item you purchased and your "note to seller".

🔥WE NEED YOUR APPROVAL TO PRINT! 🔥

•If no response after 48 hours, a “Proof Reminder" message will be sent to make sure you received the proof.

•If no response after 48 hours since “Proof Reminder”, your item will be sent to print "as is". We will thoroughly check it for correct spelling and colors per your notes to the seller, but this will delay the production time. Your “Ship By” Date will be adjusted to allow for adequate printing and processing time.

How long does it take to make?

We recommend allowing 3-4 Full Weeks + Shipping Time for all orders.

🎄🎄If purchased before December 4th, your item should be delivered by Christmas. 🎄🎄

**RUSH PRODUCTION IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON**

Production times begin *AFTER* you approve your proof AND may vary depending on the item and material you have purchased.

*Business Days are Mon-Fri and we are closed for all US major public holidays.

SHIPPING

•You will receive a tracking number with every order, usually in about 10 Business days *After* you approve your proof.

•Our Free standard shipping is usually 3-7 business days after processing is complete.

•Upgraded Priority Mail Shipping is usually 1-3 business days after processing is complete.

•We do NOT guarantee any exact delivery times.

•We are not responsible for shipping delays.

•Once the item has been shipped and picked up by the postal carrier, it is out of our hands, ……literally. Please check with your postal carrier about shipping delays.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ship your item to the address provided during checkout.

Please let us know ASAP if the address needs to be changed. You may be asked to submit a new order with the correct information.

If we are able, we will change the address on the actual shipping LABEL, but your shipping EMAIL will still have the address you entered during checkout, we can not change this part.

⭐️We are NOT responsible for packages returned to us because an incorrect address was provided during checkout. An additional reshipping fee will need to be paid in order to reship the item to a new or corrected address.

ARTIST FEES

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELATIONS AFTER A PROOF HAS BEEN SENT. A minimum $15 artist fee will apply.

If requested for additional proofs, the Artist fee must be paid prior to receiving an additional proof. The amount will be based on the type of request, minimum $15.

• If you request a major design change, pattern change, or major color changes after the first proof has been sent, an artist fee will apply.

• If excessive proofs are needed (more than 3, due to customer request) to finalize your purchase, an artist fee will need to be paid for the extra design time.

• Multiple edits to your proof will delay the production process. We will do our best to make all changes within 24 hours of your request and/or additional payment received.
