These were fantastic - my girlfriend loved them! The seller was absolutely amazing, and worked with me when I realized I had said to mail it to my parent's home instead of my apartment. I'd highly recommend this seller for anything you're looking at.
Jewelry can do more than spice up an outfit
I think my story is in several parts, nothing I do ever comes about from one reason (how ever good that reason may be)
I've always been crafty, but when my friends handed me a bag of bullet shells and asked me to try to make something, I think that's what really put everything into motion.
One of my signature designs is the bullet shell-charm cluster, I find that with this design I'm able to make something beautiful and useful out of something that would otherwise be rusting on the ground of some shooting range.
All of my pieces are made with recycled materials making use of the many many broken, and outdated pieces given to me by family members. Being the youngest of a large family means that more than just clothing gets handed down.
Another piece in the puzzle of why I started making jewelry is my size. As a "plus sized" person I found that buying jewelry was always tricky, especially high-fashion or statement pieces. As such, I make a lot of long chain styles, and even my shorter styles have a lot of length because I want everyone to have the option to wear what they want.
A bit more about the shop:
The store’s name comes from the materials I use. The Bell is the flare, bits of shiny metal, or glittery charms. The stone is the hard work, and the hard materials like quartz,
granite and amethyst.. So while I make some pieces that are similar there are no two exactly alike.
I am currently expanding my My Little Pony:FIM collection. After the most wonderful convention in the world, I realize that my Rarity-tastic love of fashion translates really well into grown up (and sometimes useful) pieces of pony-related jewelry.
Went to school for Comm Arts and spent an awful lot of time making jewelry in the dorms. Now I want to help people embrace that old adage: Waste not want not, making jewelry from recycled items is, for me a great way to do that.
Welcome to my handmade clay/upcycled creations!
I like a challenge so please, let's talk custom work!
I list materials and info on each piece in the description I've also been working on recycling more, so old chain, vintage bits and pieces may be an added bonus to the jewelry you're looking at.
