We try and keep our shop policies helpful and friendly. If you have any questions or queries please ask them before a transaction.

For custom orders payment must be cleared before we make the goods.
For stock items payment must be cleared before we dispatch the goods.
Most of our goods are made to order. We try to keep lead times to a minimum and are always happy to discuss making and dispatching to meet a special date, for example a birthday.
We ship first class/airmail to most destinations and always obtain proof of postage.
If you have any questions then please ask them before we dispatch and we will do our best to help.
If your item is damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible and we will do all we can to help. Proof of posting includes a certain ellement of insurance however if insurance is important to you (and we recommend it for high value goods) please let us know and we will quote for tracking or higher insurance levels.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on custom made items so if you have any questions just let us know before we start making.
