Custom and personalised orders
We love to create custom orders and are happy to discuss creating your ideal item for you whether it be customisation of an item already in the shop or creating something unique for you send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Sizing details
Sizes are approximate, whilst we try to measure items as accurately as possible due to varying shapes it may be difficult to do so.
Item description
We try to be as accurate as we can when we describe items and photograph them to show them as clearly as possible, however due to items being handcrafted they may have small blemishes or marks from the manufacturing process. This is part of the handcrafting process and we believe it just adds to the unique nature of our items. We do our best to make things as perfect as we can!
Care instructions
Care instructions vary per item. We recommend common sense and if in doubt please ask us!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items will have a hand stamped tag attached. Gift wrapping will vary depending on the item. Please ask if you require anything specific.
Shipping outside of uk mainland
Standard shipping to outside of uk mainland is international standard delivery provided by royal mail. I can take no responsibility for items once they have been handed to the shipping provider.
