The Bird's Eye accepts PayPal. Payment is requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not accepted due to the time consuming nature of the items. Meeting the needs of our customers is of great importance to The Bird's Eye. Please convo your specific needs so they can be met.
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail & orders usually take no more than 1 week to complete and ship out. We do combine items that can be safely transported together. Please be sure to request combined shipping during checkout & adjust payment accordingly. Most items sold by The Bird's Eye are made to order & can sometimes be delayed by supply availability; this can cause a delay in the shipment process. If you have time constraints, please describe them in the "message to seller" section during the checkout process so your items can arrive timely. We aspire to meet all requests!
