Wholesale availability

I do not offer a wholesale however I do offer significant discounts for orders totaling $700 or more.

How do I return an item?

Be sure to carefully pack the item(s) back in the original box with all packaging materials. If you are not returning all the items that came in the box add extra packing material to ensure the flowers/greenery do not shift in the box.
Use an insured delivery service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, if you would like a return shipping label please contact me and I will purchase a label for you. The amount of the return postage as well as $4 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return within 14 days of delivery. No returns on used items.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, as I offer free shipping there is a 20% restocking fee on all orders. This covers our cost of the shipping and packaging for both free shipping orders and orders with the minimal shipping charge.
