Purchasing / customizing was a breeze, quality of photo in the locket is clear and vibrant even though it’s a small photo-and the locket itself is just the right size for someone who doesn’t want large pendant like my mom. A very beautiful, dainty and minimalistic locket. It's surprisingly lightweight, which was quite important to me. I'm also very happy with the additional photo service; the photos are clear and not blurry at all despite the very small size of the locket. Communication with Ryan was also efficient and helpful! Overall I'm truly happy with the locket and will be wearing it everyday from now on.
