Delivered exactly as expected. Ryan was quick to answer questions about customizing the locket purchased for my daughter.

The hardest part of making this locket was trying to get a nice picture of my three little boys to put inside it haha. Ryan was so super helpful in choosing and cropping my photos, going back and forth with me multiple times to make sure they were just right. I received the locket really quickly and it’s exactly as pictured. I got a 30” double rope chain and it hangs really nicely and I’m able to look at the pictures inside while I’m wearing the necklace. I love it!
