Hello! My name is Shehla and I’m the face behind The Blue Elephants. At The Blue Elephants, we believe in doing things that bring you joy. We are on a mission to create fun, whimsical crochet patterns, both free and premium, for items that you can make, share and get creative with so that you can fill your homes with happiness, imagination, and adventure.

I love to create knitting and crochet patterns because I get to take an idea and shape it into reality in a way that makes it easy for others to recreate. Knitters & crocheters, and makers enjoy my patterns because they have clear instructions, full of bright, helpful pictures, and I'm always available to help. These patterns are available as PDF downloads so you can start creating right away.

I start my custom orders out by having a conversation with you about what you're looking for (what type of item, colors, sizes, texture, designs, inspiration, etc). Then I pick the best quality materials and start creating! All orders are shipped in a timely manner via USPS and they are shipped wrapped in tissue paper to protect the item, along with a handwritten note from me and care instructions.
