Amazing Witch Hat! I love it...I won the award for best Witch was my party after all. I will definitely be ordering a new witch hat from The Bohemian Goddess for next year's party. Let's start working on it. I think a combination of black and white!!!!

After a slight delay, the item did ship via FedEx which was appreciated. I am not sure if this was the sellers fault but when the box was opened there were several live bugs/beetles in the box with the item. Not trying to be picky but I am accustomed to my Etsy purchases coming nicely wrapped with (at the least) a note from the sellers shop thanking me for my purchase. This seller had nothing enclosed but the item. Otherwise the dress is as described and will be a good Halloween costume.

Normal costume designers go out and buy fabric when they need it. Only about 2% of my supplies are new. My art has always been based on re-creating new out of the old and forgotten. (I was dragging Persian rugs out of the dump 35 years ago!) I transform old fabric items into wearable art.

Returns and exchanges
A word about returns.. I DO NOT TAKE ANY ITEM BACK AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Do Not buy it if you think you might want to send it back. Do not send it back because I do not accept returns. I am sorry but I can't have people buying costumes, then returning them.

No seller likes to take an item back. Once we send it out we have no control over it. This is why I insure my shipments. You pay and I ship. Once it leaves my hands it's no longer my problem. If the item is damaged you file a claim and they pay you for the item. All of my sales are final.

My reputation is important to me. I check each piece against the photos before I ship. I would NEVER ship an item that was in a lesser state than what I had shown. There really is no point. Whatever the monetary gain, is it's not worth the trouble of an unhappy client. And they are a lot of trouble!

The 'as arrived condition of the packaging' is very important when filling out a claim, so open your package with care and if there is a problem keep the original packaging. You will need it for the claim.
If you don't use Paypal then U.S. Postal money orders are the way to pay for your item. If you need another form of payment contact me and we'll work something out.
If you need an expedited shipping quote please include your zip and if it is a home or business address. Also I need phone number for FedEx.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom items must pay 50% to start the project. This is non refundable. The balance is due just before shipping after you are pleased with the photos.
