Sizing details
Our boxes equate to a small parcel as per Royal Mail standards. These unfortunately cannot fit through the letterbox.
Gift wrapping and packaging
The box is designed to be sent direct to the recipient, so this is gift wrapped as part of the order. The gift is placed inside another packaging box to protect it whilst in transit.
Stock Availability
Each box is carefully curated. Due to supplier availability, some items or colours may vary slightly from those shown. If an item is unavailable, it will be replaced with something of equal or greater value, chosen to match the same cosy style and colour palette.
Gifts & Special Occasions
If you’re ordering for a birthday or a special date, we recommend placing your order in good time. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date once the parcel has been sent.
