TheBrickyard's Shop Announcement

Wheel thrown and slab made stoneware...we make a wide range of clayworks. We have been creating pottery for over thirty years! Brian and I established Brickyard Pottery in the historic, rural Brickyard Schoolhouse in 1980, and have been making pots and running our gallery ever since. We make wheel-thrown and slab stoneware pottery...all of it made to be used in your home or garden.

With safe, lead-free glazes, all of our pots are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are oven-safe as well if heated and cooled gradually. They are made for everyday use!

See an item in one glaze, but would like another? Just let me know and I may have just what you want. Also, I do custom work..dinnerware, personalized mugs, birdhouses...please inquire.

One of our specialties is handmade custom dinnerware. We work with our customers to produce sets of dinnerware that will be unlike any other. We do many wedding gift registries for dinnerware and accessories. Just get in touch and we can work out the details.

I typically ship the day I receive an order, or the next day if the order comes in after 2:00 p.m. I almost always ship priority mail, but may need to use parcel post for larger pieces. I'm happy to gift wrap and enclose a gift card and ship to the recipient as well.

For over thirty years we have been promoting and selling other artists' work in our gallery as well as our own. "Hand-made" is what our lives have been all about! Check out our gallery at our website: www.brickyardpottery.com or "like" us on Facebook at Brickyard Pottery

Welcome

In our many years of working as professional potters, it has always been our goal to please our customers. We welcome your input about our work and are always happy to communicate with you.

We accept Pay Pal as well as direct sale through Etsy. Wisconsin residents will be charged 5% sales tax. If you have any problems with one of our items, contact us and we will work out a solution.

Shipping

We ship via the U.S. Postal system, usually Priority. On larger orders, or multiple pieces, we will insure the package. We will ship within two days of receiving PayPal or credit card confirmation.

On very large or heavy orders, we will ship parcel post, insured, to save on shipping costs, and will inform you of that before we ship. Upgrades for delivery confirmation, overnight, etc. are available for additional fees.

We use almost entirely recycled or re-used packaging materials and boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

All pottery items may be returned for exchange or refund after contacting us within 10 days of your receipt of the item. We appreciate prompt notification of any problems you may have such as damage, wrong color, etc. Customer pays for return shipping if the reason for return is color or personal preference.

Refund will not be given until we receive the item back IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. Improper wrapping for shipping resulting in breakage may result in no refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We make all of our items in several glaze choices, so you may ask if you're looking for an item in a different glaze. We also make MANY MORE items than what we list on Etsy. Feel free to communicate with us.

We have a business that has provided over 30 years of great customer service as well as supporting many local organizations and charities. Our gallery has helped to support scores of local artists through the years.
