Making your dream bouquet into reality!

The Bridal Flower is a proudly woman-owned floral design studio in Burlington, VT that specializes in handcrafted wedding bouquets that last forever. Each one of our Real Touch bouquets is an eternal memory for newlywed couples as well as a keepsake to cherish in their happily ever after.

Our story begins with Irena, the founder and owner of The Bridal Flower, who unexpectedly fell in love with a silk wedding bouquet in a bridal shop window. Her beautiful keepsake bouquet inspired her to provide each of our clients with a meaningful memory to remind them of their wedding day.

Each and every one of our meticulously crafted bouquets is designed with YOU in mind. We create a safe place for you to tell us about your dream bouquet, and we help make it a reality. Sticklers for quality above all, we take extra care to make sure all of our designs are a perfection.

After making quite an impression as a part-time designer, Hayley transitioned to full-time at the end of 2016. What started as a dream in a small guestroom is now a growing business where the inspiration never stops flowing. The combination of high quality materials, attention to detail, and a love for all things weddings allowed this dynamic duo to create dream bouquets for over 1500 brides.

We absolutely love what we do. Like a diamond in the rough among the mass manufacturers, we shine through with our superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. A happy client is our priority and we will make your wedding bouquet shopping experience easy and stress-free!

The Bridal Flower is a (proudly) women-owned small business that’s located in Vermont, repeatedly rated as one of the best and healthiest places to live and raise a family.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Questions about your order?
Please if you have any problems with your order.
Returns / exchanges are accepted if you contact us within three (3) days of delivery and ship back within five (7) days from delivery ONLY on non-customized bouquets & accessories.

All bouquets & accessories have to be in new condition (no signs of use, damage, etc.) and sent back in original packaging. If items show any sign of use or are damaged when we receive them, we may offer a partial or no refund, depending on the extent of damages. We cannot refund any shipping charges.

- All sales are final on any clearance items, original samples, flower samples, or other special sales noted as final (no returns/exchanges)
- Custom orders are not returnable / refundable.
- No returns for items after your event date.
- No returns after 7 days of delivery.
- 20% restocking fee applies on all returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be processed after we've received the order and it has been inspected for damages/wear.
- In case of damage, we may issue a partial refund but reserve the right to decline refunds in order to cover costs incurred.

Due to the nature of custom orders, we cannot accept any returns on custom items.
Payment
Payments have to clear for an order to be considered paid. We will not work on bouquets without a paid order.

- RUSH orders must be paid in full
- Orders under <$500 must be paid in full
- Orders $500+ can be reserved with a deposit and qualify for a payment plan
- Deposit is 60% of total. Balance is due 30 days before your scheduled ship date (15 days if you ordered close to your wedding date)
- Payment plans are monthly payments to help you pay for your flowers. Interest fee will be applied to your monthly payment calculation.

All orders must be paid in full before they ship or your ship date will be delayed until payment clears.
We gladly accept credit cards through Etsy checkout or PayPal. No checks accepted except for local orders.
Shipping
All of our wedding bouquets and accessories are handcrafted after an order is placed. When you purchase from our shop, your order is scheduled for the next available ship date (or date of your choice if your wedding is months away). Generally, smaller orders will be scheduled to ship 4-6 weeks from the order date, but it may take longer if our schedule is full during busy season (or you have a big order). You can also specify your own date (closer to event).

SHIPPING TIME
Orders arrive between 2-10 days (within U.S.) once they’re shipped. Expedited shipping upgrade is available. International orders arrive between 6-10 days (per USPS estimates) but holidays, customs, and duty fees can delay delivery of your package. These estimates do not include production time (how long it takes us to create your flowers). All orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx and include tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you after the order is shipped.

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Production time depends on the size of your order. Estimates below don’t include shipping times.

- Accessories – within 10 business days (2 weeks)
- Single bouquet – within 30 business days (4-6 weeks)
- Large orders & sets – within 3 months
- Custom orders – within 6+ months

WHEN TO ORDER?
We recommend placing an order 3-6 months before your wedding but we take limited amount of orders per year so please place your order as soon as you've decided to purchase from our shop.

RUSH ORDERS?
We offer RUSH production for single bouquets and some large orders as long as the materials needed are in stock. Upgrading to a RUSH status bumps your order to the top of our list. We accept limited rush orders so please check with us before ordering.

- Rush order fee is approximately 30% but we will give you an exact total after confirming the order is possible
- Rush order is any accessory needed in less than two weeks, and bouquet(s) needed in less than four weeks
- Upgrading to RUSH status only upgrades production time, not shipping time
Rush orders generally ship within two weeks but we work based on your event date

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you’d like to request a new design (and you don’t see anything like that in our shop), we’re happy to help. A lot of our creations were custom order requests and we love creating new designs for our brides and grooms.

--Custom order fees:
Single bouquet + boutonniere: $95
Small set (2 bouquets + 2 bouts): $175
Medium set (up to 4 bouquets, up to 6 accessories): $260
Large set (up to 8 bouquets, up to 12 accessories): $350

Costs above do not include the cost of flowers. You will receive a full quote based on specifications and details you provided and will include custom order fees. Best way to estimate your cost is to contact us or fill out the form on our website https://www.thebridalflower.com/custom-orders/

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International customs (duty) fees are buyer’s responsibility. Fees are imposed by your country and we have no control over them. International orders cannot be marked as gift (or IN lower value).

DAMAGED & LOST ORDERS
If your order got damaged in transit, please email us and include photos. If your order is lost, contact your local post office to check if they have it (sometimes packages aren’t scanned, or delivery attempt notice is lost). If they can’t find it, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
