We are proudly based in Philadelphia, PA. All our printing, 3D manufacturing, and assembly happen locally in our workshop to ensure high quality.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We specialize in customization. Whether you need a specific logo on a T-shirt, a custom 3D-printed sign for your business, or a personalized mug, we can make it happen. Please contact us for custom quotes if you don't see what you need on our store. contact: support@thebrightboxusa.com
Custom and personalized orders
Quality is our top priority. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement immediately.
