Product never arrived. I tried to reach out to the seller to get an update understanding that the mailing system is still not what it once was. The seller never bothered to reply to my concern so I was forced to contact Etsy for a full refund which I was granted. Not the route I wanted to go as I was looking forward to this product. If you want to run a small business you should never neglect your clientele if you wish to thrive.

Have not received item, item has not shipped according to my orders page, and seller has not responded to inquiry about expected shipping timeframe. Will happily change this review upon resolution of the issue.
Updated 5/29: I requested and received a refund through Etsy for this purchase.

I purchased this broom for my Kiki costume for Halloween. It’s certainly better than any broom found at a Halloween store. It completed the costume for sure and wouldn’t look right without it! My only complaint is the smell of the broom is rather overwhelming. I was originally gonna use it as Halloween decor in addition to my costume but decided to keep it stored away until I needed it for my costume, which I plan to wear again at conventions in the future.
Handcrafted Modern and Traditional Brooms
Justin Dean Burton grew up in Kentucky, where his family has lived for hundreds of years. He attended Berea College where he discovered the art of broom making. He fell in love with this lowly art and has made it his goal to elevate it to an art appreciated by the masses. Since then he has designed multiple brooms and begun to find ways to make broom making more sustainable and interesting. Justin’s brooms have been displayed at museums, historical sites, various media, and events throughout the world. He was a fellow of the city of Berea’s Art Accelerator Program. He is previously instructed students at Bethany College under their new Swedish Crafts program.
