My mantra's are "don't be afraid to take the next big step!" and "luck is when preparation meets opportunity." These little words have taken me from embellishing flip flops at my kitchen table to markets half way around the world.

Today, our focus is vastly different than it was 8 years ago. We now specialize in rhinestone and other exquisite embellishments for stationery, events, bridal, floral and crafting. Our commitment to quality and customer service is one aspect of the business that is unwavering. The golden rule still rings true at The Buckle Boutique.

Shipping
For most shipments, we have found the United States Postal Service to be a cost effective and reliable carrier. You can trust that your order will be processed and delivered to the USPS as quickly as possible. Please be aware, once your package is given to the USPS, we no longer can be held responsible for delivery. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please send us an e-mail and we will happy to assist you.

We welcome customers from outside the United States! Our shipping charges are based upon the total estimated weight of your order as well as the speed at which you choose to have your products delivered. If you are not in a rush to receive your items, then USPS International Priority or Express Mail are both reasonable choices. However, they come with limited tracking and take sometimes a month or more. If you choose either of these options, we strongly suggest purchasing insurance.
If your international shipment is time sensative, please contact us at BuckleBoutique [!at] yahoo.com and we will be glad to help you determine what is your best shipping option.

Pleaes keep in mind, any duties assessed are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns must be received by The Buckle Boutique in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of documented delivery for a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee. All items returned in other than in their original condition and packaging or later than the 15 day return period will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge. The packaging of the item must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape. We do not refund freight and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return.

Close outs and custom orders are not cancelable, returnable or exchangeable.

In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced/repaired at no charge (if a refund is requested, then the restocking charge will apply). If the defective piece is sent back within 15 days of documentable receipt, it is in it's original packaging, it has not been worn and we have more in stock, then it will be replaced. Any other instance the goods will be repaired. We do not refund freight. If a package is returned without instructions it will be treated as a refund. We strongly recommend insuring any return and packing them well as we can not take responsibility, if we do not receive the return or if it comes in damaged.

Claims
Any claim for shortage must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Any claim for shipping refund on a late delivery must be made within 5 days of the delivery.
Any claim for non-receipt of a package must be made within 30 days of the order being placed.

All claims of incorrectly shipped/defective merchandise must be submitted to The Buckle Boutique within 15 days of documentable receipt of the goods.

Cancellations and Refused Orders

Cancellations, refused orders (not accepted by the purchaser from the delivery service) and undeliverable orders (incorrect address) on any product already shipped will be treated as a return and incur the re-stocking fees. Refused orders will also be responsible for shipping costs.
