Delivery time:
Due to reliance on the postal services, especially international, I cannot offer a guaranteed delivery date. I can only offer an estimated delivery time, based on the level of service as stated by UK Royal Mail. In order to avoid disappointment please order well in advance of the date you require the item. This is especially important in the lead up to busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas and Easter.

Compensation:
In order to secure your items during shipping and to be able to claim compensation if lost and undelivered, please contact me for a track and trace option.

Shipping cost:
Please note that, all international shipping rates are based on best guess weight of the finished item with packaging. If the actual weight measured at the Post Office is different enough to make the shipping cost less, then I’ll refund if I have over charged.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
