Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalised items are non refundable, except if they arrive damaged or faulty, in which case I'm obliged and happy to replace or repair them.
Please note - PROCESSING time is the time frame I need to make your order, it is not the estimated delivery time.
For ready to ship items - 1 to 3 business day.
For custom made - from 5 to 14 business days.
If you need your order by a certain date, please do contact me so I can confirm if this is possible.
Please provide with correct and full address to avoid disappointment.
It is buyers responsibility to provide correct address.
Please let me know if you want delivery to different address than yours on Paypal.
If you realise AFTER placing an order that your address is incorrect, please do contact us STRAIGHT AWAY with your full address.
I do not take responsibility for orders posted to wrong address provided by buyer.
Received wrong/misspelled/faulty item
Please do contact me straight away if you receive your order and it is wrongly spelled or not the one you ordered. I will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
I am only responsible and obliged to replace a misspelled item if the fault is mine.
I do not held responsibility for misspells made by buyer - please always check and double check if you spelled your personalised details correctly.
I will ask you to provide a photographic evidence of any faulty items - for our records.
Please note that colours may vary from one screen to other. If you are not sure about the colour please ask and I will try to describe it as detailed as I can.
Refunds and returns
All my parcels are send as signed for and tracked deliveries.
Sometimes items get lost in post or delayed. Please do understand that we can not control the postal services.
Refunds for lost items will be issued only after the 21 working days (from estimated delivery date) have been passed for UK,
6 full weeks (from estimated delivery date) USA,
8 full weeks (from estimated delivery date) Australia, Canada and everywhere else.
If your parcel gets delivered AFTER full refund has been issued you will be obliged to refuse it (so it gets returned to sender) or repurchase it.
I am not obliged and do not offer any refunds for delayed parcels.
Please note as all my items are handmade and hand decorated, there will be some imperfections, unevenness, some little differences between the items. This is what makes every piece, every thing unique and with own charm, and it is not deemed as faulty.
There will be some love and heart added too.
