About

For the love of knitting

I knit everything in my shop myself. This is my space to be creative and come up with my own designs. I like trying out new yarns and challenging myself. I have this shop because I love to knit rather than to make a profit. I'd rather keep prices affordable so people can enjoy what I've created as reasonable prices. I also love to see my work in professional photos. (Please contact me if you are a photographer!) I knit because I love it and I enjoy being able to give back some of my profits to good causes.

I'm a mom of two little ones by day, and an avid knitter by night. I usually have a cup of coffee at my side while I work. I'm a lover of wool and finding beauty & joy in the everyday. Thanks for stopping by!

Shipping
All items ship USPS first class mail. I will do my best to get your purchase mailed out as soon as possible. For items made to order, they require more time to ship, but most items in the shop will be mailed within 1-2 but no more than 5 business days.

For all orders, once items are shipped I bear no responsibility for lost or damaged items. If you are interested in insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me prior to making your order for a shipping adjustment.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any fees which may occur during customs. I as the seller work to ship items out as soon as possible and will notify the buyer when I have done so. I am not responsible for long delays from the postal service or customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Except for special cases refunds will not be issued. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be returned or reimbursed. I reserve the right to deny refunds. Please contact me directly should you desire a refund. Thank you!
Additional policies and FAQs
I will most often include care information in each product description. When in doubt and for best results all hand knit items can be hand-washed gently with a mild detergent, wool wash, or water, squeezed gently to dry (not wrung out), reshaped, and laid flat to dry. Many of my children's items are made with washable wool for easier care.

Many hand knit items will stretch with time and pill (get fuzzy). Taking care to keep them clean and away from unnecessary friction or stretching is the best way to extend the life of your garment. If pilling does occur, it is fine to use a sweater stone or a lint shaver to remove pills. Test a small area to ensure no damage will occur to finer fabrics.

Children should always be supervised when playing with stuffed toys as they are filled with polyfill stuffing. Pom Pom blankets are not intended for use as bedding for infants and toddlers. Always supervise infants and small children when using knit hats, toys, blankets, and garments.

As always my products are made in a smoke-free, pet-free, and highly-caffeinated environment. Any specific requests for custom orders are welcomed and considered.

I do my best to photograph items as carefully and accurately as possible, but some colors are difficult to capture, particularly reds and pinks. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I am always working on putting up better photographs in my shop!
