Once I received the mat I was impressed by the attention to detail in the construction of the product. My son absolutely loves it which is the icing on the cake! Carrot Patch works with you and communicates everything so you get to help in the process of designing and she also gives her creative opinion which helps. I cant wait to give the sleep mat to Rayn for her bday... its covered with mermaids and it came out perfect!!!! Thanks

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted through Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal.
If you have a rush order, please be advised that production of your item/items will begin only after payment has "cleared."
E-checks through PayPal take 3-5 days to clear.
If you have purchased a "Ready to Love" item, your item/s will ship only after payment has cleared.
How does shipping work?
Most items will ship Priority via the USPS when possible I will ship via First Class service. If you should have any shipping issues after your package leaves us feel free to contact me for assistance.
90% of items in our shop are handmade to order upon completion of your purchase, although as time permits you may find listings that are "Ready To Love." Ready to love listings will ship within 48 hours after your payment has cleared, excluding weekends and US Holidays. When ordering, please be sure to allow additional days for shipping time (if needed by a certain date). If you purchase a "ready to love" item along with a "made to order" item/set, the order will ship by the production time of the made to order item.
What if I need an item sooner than the listing allows?
Please contact me before you make your purchase if you are hoping to receive your items by a specific date. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
If you are in need of your item by a certain date that does not fit within the listed items timeframe, please message me to ensure the availability of receiving your item on time.
In most cases additional shipping will be required and despite the timeframe advertised by the Postal Service items may take longer than expected, based on location. It is important to keep this in mind when purchasing on a short deadline.
Do you offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges?
I offer a 24 hour cancellation on all orders. After the 24 hour cancellation period, fabrics and materials will be ordered and I can no longer honor a cancellation.
Due to the custom made nature of handcrafted items I cannot accept returns or exchanges on your "Made to Order" or "Ready to Love" items. In the event of a mistake on my part, I will do my best to correct the mishap (all at my expense).
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, never received, or damaged?
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or damaged packages/items once in USPS care. Insurance will be purchased on each package shipped to provide security in the event of a postal service "oopsie". Please contact your local post office if any issues should arise.
If you are unsuccessful in your attempts with the postal service I am more than happy to assist you however I can.
