Unfortunately, I do not refund unclaimed/undeliverable items. I provide tracking numbers with all of our domestic shipments and I can provide custom form numbers for international deliveries so that an item being lost is a low possibility.

Unless otherwise requested (and upgrade the shipping), all items will be shipped USPS first class. Tracking will be included on all domestic orders. Once an item is shipped, your order is unable to be canceled.

Due to the handmade nature of my products, there may be slight variations among items, such as measurements off very slightly (~1/2"), etc. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may contact me with a picture of it with a brief explanation and we can work something out.
