Care instructions
Please check for damages before signing and then sign accordingly. If there are breakages and you signed “received in good condition” you lose your insurance cover and will have to pay the delivery charge for replacements. It is very unlikely you will receive any damages as we pack our products very well. Goods are only insured, consequential losses / claims are not accepted. In all cases sign “Unchecked” if you do not have time to check immediately upon delivery.
EU Vat Fee
Delivery costs are worked out as an average price because of weight variances, for international orders delivery charge may vary as we can only estimate delivery costs, please note on all EU orders there will be an EU VAT rate fee of £4.50 per consignment, or £0.25 per KG which ever is higher.
Cancellation & Returns
The customer has the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt (does not include personalised products or customised metal finishes i.e satin nickel and satin chrome which are plated specially to meet your particular requirement). Goods shall not be returned without the Companys prior notification and arrangement. The customer may cancel orders without penalty prior to despatch ( does not include personalised products or customised metal finishes i.e satin chrome, satin nickel which are plated specially to meet your particular requirement). After 7 days goods may only be returned if faulty.
Any items returned that are not faulty will incur a 20% charge for re-stocking unless the return is as a result of our error.
